aerial
Aerial Yoga is a type of airborne fitness that is practiced in a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling to support your body weight, instead of stretched out across a mat laying on the floor. This style of yoga is especially beneficial for deepening stretches and increasing flexibility! This is a popular class here at Gecko, so don’t wait to give it a try!
youth
the littlest geckos can still benefit from yoga, learning balance, focus, and mindfulness. We offer youth-specific classes on Saturday mornings as a part of our Yoga and Climb Club. Our youth climbing teams will also practice yoga a part of their regular routine training.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Gecko Climbing Gym MEMBERS can take our Yoga Classes for FREE and pay only $7.50 for Aerial Yoga Classes.
Members can also bring a guest using one of their guest passes for free access to our yoga classes, but must register their guest ahead of time.
Members bringing a guest and using a guest pass for aerial yoga and costs only $7.50.
YOGA RULES
Feel free to bring your own mat or towel, or borrow one of ours.
Although our flooring is padded, guests must have either a mat or full body-length towel beneath them.
Please remove shoes and place them in the cubbies outside of the yoga room before entering.
Please keep phones/distractions outside in the cubbies as well.
Feel free to ask your instructor for assistance anytime.
The instructors are the only ones allowed to offer guidance to other guests.
Please respect your instructor, other guests, and yourself in this yoga class
Please remove your shoes before entering our Yoga Room. Yoga Socks are recommended.
Please clean your area after the class is over with the cleaning products provided.
FOR YOUR FIRST VISIT
Members and Punch Pass users must bring a Photo ID and then have your picture taken to be included in our member database. Your Photo ID helps us connect you to your profile. The picture we take will be added to our facility management software for easy check-in and retail sale identifications. For example, guests with a credit card on file can easily show various retail/snack/drink items to a front desk receptionist and we can easily charge your account without needing a physical card to make a transaction. We think you will enjoy this feature.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL VISITORS MUST HAVE A PROPERLY COMPLETED DIGITAL VISITOR AGREEMENT ON FILE.
THOSE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST HAVE THEIR VISITOR AGREEMENT COMPLETED BY THEIR OWN PARENT/GUARDIAN. PARENTS ACCOMPANYING THEIR CHILD IN THE FACILITY MUST ALSO HAVE A COMPLETED DIGITAL VISITOR AGREEMENT ON FILE.
