BIRTHDAY PARTIES

INFORMATION FOR PARTY HOST

• Please call or email us to explore availability for your special event!

• To make your party reservation, please provide $100, $200 or $300 based on your chosen party package in person or over the phone 623-248-0890.

• Party Host and/or Parents pay for $20 Birthday Passes for each climber (youth and adults) on the day of the event.

• If you RSVP a group of 20 or more climbers, we will provide additional staff support and a 20% discount for each climber = $16/climber.

• Birthday Passes include harness and shoe rentals.

• Parents providing supervision or a top-rope belay for the kids are FREE and includes a harness to belay!

• GECKO MEMBERS CLIMB FOR FREE!

• We require each child’s parent/guardian complete their parent profile in our Customer Portal and then add their child to their household and review and sign the waiver on their behalf. Please share this information with your guests!

  PARTY FOOD, DRINKS & DECORATIONS

• Party Hosts provide their own food, drinks, cake and ice cream. We have a refrigerator/freezer to store cake/ice cream.

• Sardella’s Pizza off 19th Ave and Union Hills offers a great deal for deliveries to Gecko and will double cut into 16 slices upon request!

• Gecko birthday decorations include happy birthday signs, Gecko table cloths, plates, napkins, cups and utensils.

  PARENTS & ADULT SUPERVISION

• We require 1 adult per 3 children. For the Speed Party especially, adults are expected to provide supervision of their kids climbing during the party.

• Two staff are included for the Sport Party, and we will add additional support staff if you reserve 15 or more climbers (must reserve in advance).

• Parents are offered a top rope belay class for FREE and are encouraged to belay the party guests and must pass our top-rope belay test.
