Return & Refund Policy

  • Thank you for exploring our climbing gear at Gecko Climbing Gym.

  • We do not sell any products online, only inside our pro shop during normal business hours.

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item also must be undamaged.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Items on sale are not eligible for refunds.

  • Customers can exchange unused products with a new one.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Purchases on Memberships, Punch Passes, Day Passes, Rentals, Programs and Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Youth Camps: Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

  • Please provide an email with at least a 14 day notice to request changes (adding days, changing days or upgrading from half days to full days).

  • If you need to cancel certain date(s), please provide alternate date(s) that you would be interested in.

  • Registering for our Youth Camps are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Our camps are staffed appropriately and supplies purchased based on how many kids are registered. Please know we will try to be flexible with changing days when space allows.

  • Our camps are first come first served with a cap at 30 kids per day and will offer a waiting list. When we say yes to you, we say no to other families when camps are full. Please understand this principle when registering.

Membership Cancellations

  • You may cancel your membership any time before your billing date. To cancel, just call or visit the gym and your friendly Gecko Climbing Gym staff will be glad to help you.

  • There are no partial refunds for unused membership time when cancelled. For example, if your membership is set to renew on March 15th and you cancel on March 1st, you will not be offered any refund. You will continue to be able to use the membership that you have already paid for until March 15th.

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • While there are no fees to cancel, if you do wish to sign up again in the future you will be subject to the enrollment fee.

Membership Freeze/Hold

  • You can freeze your membership for $10/month. Freezing your membership will keep you from having to pay the enrollment fee to sign up again. To freeze your membership, just call or visit the gym and your friendly Gecko Climbing Gym staff will be glad to help you.
