Food & Decorations
- Party hosts provide their own food, drinks, cake & ice cream
- We have a refrigerator & freezer to store your cake & ice cream
- Sardella's Pizza (19th Ave & Union Hills) delivers to Gecko — ask for 16-slice double cut!
- Gecko provides: happy birthday signs, Gecko tablecloths, plates, napkins, cups & utensils
Adults & Supervision
- 1 adult required per 3 children — parents are expected to supervise their kids (especially for Speed package)
- Supervising parents who belay climb FREE — harness included
- Sport package includes 2 staff; add more for 15+ climbers (advance notice required)
- All children must have a parent/guardian waiver signed via our Customer Portal before climbing
How to Book
- Email or call us to check availability — parties run Sat & Sun in 2-hour slots: 10–12pm, 1–3pm, 4–6pm, 7–9pm
- Reserve with the package deposit ($100 / $200 / $300) by phone, in person, or via card on file in the Customer Portal
- Climber passes ($20/each) are paid on the day of the event
- Share the Customer Portal link with guests so they can sign waivers for their kids before arriving
